Nimbus GX is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for all users and to apply the relevant accessibility standards to our website.

Our commitment

We believe everyone should be able to access information and services online with ease, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We aim to make www.nimbusgx.ca usable for the widest possible audience and to treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain our Site.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The Nimbus GX website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and address these areas.
